
Halloween Spooktacular
Everyone had a Spooky time at this years Spooktacular! It was held on October 29th in the school gymnasium from 7-10. The event was fun for all and the kids raved about everything from the photo booth to the Haunted stage.

CAR MAGNETS ARE HERE
The new car magnets are in. They will be organized and sent home to families on November 11th. Also included will be an order form so that you can buy additional magnets for additional cars or for family/friend cars. Remember this is more than a fundraiser it is advertising for St. Peter Academy!
Additional magnets will be $5 each.
Book Fair
The Book Fair will be held on 11/6-10 in the school library. Please come out and support this event for our students and the library
Santa’s Workshop will be on 11/29-30. This is a great time for students to buy presents for Mom, Dad, Siblings and Grandparents. A committee chair and committee members are still needed to work this event.
The chair will get 5 pts, the committee 2.5.pts. Please contact Emily Smith at stpeterhsa@gmail.com if interested.
BREAKFAST WITH SANTA
is December 4th. There will be 2 seating's 9am and 11am and
breakfast will be catered by Kleins. Come and enjoy breakfast and let Santa know what you want this year! Tickets will be $15 for a child with a photograph. $12 for a child without a photograph and $10 for adults. Please watch for email blasts and flyers advertising this event.
Candy Sales and Smencils
Where are they?
In the last H.S.A news we mentioned selling Smencils and Hershey’s chocolate. This is still in the works so please watch Honeywell and backpacks for flyers. Pencils can be purchased through flyer or in person. Candy is a 28 box commitment but you have as long as you need to sell.
H.S.A General Membership Meeting
The first H.S.A meeting will be held on 11/30 at 7:30pm in the Cafeteria. One member from every Parishioner family is required to attend. Attending these meetings results in points. Please come prepared with questions, concerns an great ideas!
Donate Something to Raffle?
If you or your business has access to some cool raffles please let the H.S.A know (stpeterhsa@gmail.com) We are collecting interesting baskets or electronics such as IPads to raffle at BWS or the Spring Wine Tasting/Dine Around events. Provide the receipt and you will get that amount off your PA.
Box Tops for Education
A super easy way to make money for St. Peter Academy is to simply collect box tops. Please collect them and place them in an envelope with your child’s name/grade on it. Then drop them in the box outside the main office. The person with the highest amount collected each month gets a free dress down pass!

The Honeywell System
Over the past week many of you received phone blasts from the new Honeywell Emergency Alert System. This was set up so that parents can get important information about school closures or emergencies quickly and efficiently. It will also be used by the H.S.A to disseminate information about events. Please update your account ASAP by clicking on the link on the home page of the SPA website. If you do you will stay informed. If not, you will be out of the loop because paper flyers will no longer be the norm from the H.S.A.
Scrips
We are now selling Scrip after Masses at both St. Peter Academy and Our Lady Queen of Peace.
-There are also people filling Scrip on Friday mornings so if you need something for the weekend send have your orders in by Friday AM. If it is in stock you will get it that day.
-The new and improved order form is found on the schools website. Please fill your orders with either coordinator.
-Remember every $2000 spent gets you 10 points and costs you no more money than you would have spent anyway.
-We still need someone to sell after the 11 am Mass at St. Peter’s so if interested please contact Susan Kalman grade K.
