Information  for  Parents

*Please look over your child's homework each night to see that it is done correctly.

*Please make sure your child is here on time each day so he/she is unpacked and ready before prayers come on at 8:00.  As soon as prayers finish we need to begin our work.

* The Extra Credit packet  is optional.  A packet will be handed out almost every Monday and it is due the following Monday.  It can be handed in even if only a few of the pages are completed.  I do recommend that your child completes at least some of it because it is a good review of some of the skills we are working on in class.  And some of the pages included are intended to challenge your child in a particular skill area.  Usually two points are given for each page completed well.  More challenging pages may receive more points. The points received are averaged into your child's final grade in the  particular subject area. 

* It is difficult to discuss concerns in the morning as the students are coming in because  last minute preparations are usually being done  and my attention needs to be on the students in the room.  If you have any questions or concerns about anything during the year, don't hesitate to write a note and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

1  box of small cups (2 or 3 oz.)

2  photos of you (wallet size or can be cut)
