Information for Parents

• Please try to get your children to school on time.  It is very distracting for other students, and difficult to get them back on task when late-comers walk in.

• Please be sure and check that your child has everything packed with them that they need for school that day, including all assignments, books, lunch, snack, glasses, etc.

• If you have any concerns which you would like to address, please write me a note and I will get back to you.  We will then arrange a convenient time to have a phone conference. I cannot speak to parents in the morning, as I need to prepare my students for their day.

• Please be sure to ask your child if they have completed all of their homework, and studied for any quizzes or tests for the next day.  Also, please try and check their assignment pads each night.

• Your children will be coming home with yellow Highlights forms and Mathmania forms.   Please sign them and send them back to school with your child even if you do not wish to purchase the magazine.  The reason for this is, we get free school supplies with returned forms.  Finally, please try to practice multiplication math facts each night with your child.  We start with multiplication the first day of school, so it's important to practice each night.

• On the last day of third grade, a supply list was sent home with your child.  If you need a copy of the list, please check the supplies link on our site
